Subscriptions and billing

Traqa Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Apple processes all payments; Traqa never sees or stores your payment details.

  • Manage or cancel: open your Apple subscriptions, or on your device go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal.
  • Refunds: refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Restore purchases: if your subscription is not recognized on a new device or after a reinstall, use Restore Purchases on the paywall. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Account and data

  • Secure your account: add an email and password in Settings so your training data survives device changes and reinstalls. An account without an email cannot be recovered if you lose the device.
  • Password reset: use the reset link on the sign-in screen. The email arrives from traqalabs.com; check spam if you do not see it.
  • Delete your account: go to Settings, then Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your data from our systems. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings first.

Something not working?

If the app misbehaves, force-quit it and reopen it, and make sure you are on the latest version from the App Store. If the problem persists, email us with the details above and we will investigate. Crash reports reach us automatically, but a first-hand description is what lets us reproduce and fix an issue fast.
